Our focus lies within the well-directed enlistment of highly-skilled, specialized staff for employers in healthcare. Thereby we set value on a integral assistance and create perspectives for employers, as well as talents, who may not have the possibility to utilize their full potentials in their home country.

This way we supply a valuable contribution to strengthen Germany as a loaction for business.

The skills shortage in healthcare represents an enormous  challenge.

Due to the demographic change and an increased number of elderly citizens, the demand for highly-qualified workers in healthcare will only grow in the future.

Simultaneously, many facilities struggle to find the right personnel, who are willing to committ to their employer.

The reasons for skilled labour shortage are multifaceted and range from an unattractive work environment to a lack of social appreciation for specilists in healthcare.

Screening

We work with local schools and universities all over the world, which allows us to specifically look for talents who are eligable for our programm. Not only do we thoroughly examine a candicate’s expertise and skill set, but also important character traits to ensure that only the most promising candidates will be chosen.

Training

As soon as we decided on a promising candidate, we support them in finding the right language school and accompany them during the whole process. We also give them specific homework and thoroughly prepare them for job interviews. Moreover, we impart basic medical knowledge and cultural traits, that are necessary for a life in Germany. Simultaneously, we start looking for a potential employer in Germany, that match the skills and qualifications of our candidate. The lenght of this process may vary upon preknowledge and the candidate‘s proficiency.

Relocation

As soon as we have a match between an employer and one of our talents, we take care of all formalities to ensure a frictionless entry into the country and start of employment.

We also support our talents in finding a permanent home and taking care of administrative formalities, to ensure that the whole process is as stressfree as possible.

Integration

A successful  integration is the key for long-term success and satisfaction of all parties involved.

Therefore, we offer intense coaching for the first months, to prepare our talents as best we can, to integrate them into their new environment.

We specifically value that our talents have the possibility to forge links with one another, as well as locals, for example through memberships in sportsclubs, follow-up-meetings or excursions.

To rectifiy the skilled labour-shortage in healthcare, we rely on recruiting highly qulified personnel from countries that have a plethora of appropriatly qualified personnel. Thereby, we will not only be able to cover the demand for highly-skilled healthcare-professionals in Germany, but also create perspectives for skilled employees, that were not able to find work in their home country. Also, we excercise care in following the WHO-Code guidelines, to only recruit in countries, were no supply gaps would arise.
